Behind the house and garage is approximately 30,000 square feet of land. The land is zoned for four houses.
An architect will be contacted to develop a site plan that makes the best use of the open space for additional "dormitories"
or other types of housing units for the adult men in our sober living nvironment.
In the new construction project, rooms and open space will be set aside for additional therapeutic service, educational
classes, self-help groups, and an on-site micro enterprise program for our residents. At this time the living room serves
as the meeting room but it cannot hod 14-16 adults.
Additional therapeutic and educational programing will enhance the recovery of our residents nd get them out into the working
force sooner. We receive 1 to 5 calls per week from men requesting entry into our program W are very sad to turn
them away, additional space is greatly needed.
